Problems with nVidia 8800 GTS

I know what causes that problem and others.
That there is caused by:
nVidia.
Glade I could help ya.
The fix:
Take it back and get a ATI card.
Dont ever foo; with that company, they suck.
If their product works, your luckie.
That company dont care if you have problems, they have poor development.
Save your self hundreds of hours of your life and get a ATI.

 

I have to admit that is the best thing to do. ATI has great support too. almost all their drivers are available on line. Great website too. You can compare all the cards. I learned alot and then went out in the used vid card market and bought some great deals for the older computers and some not-so old.

Who knows how long this will last now that AMD bought ATI.

Anybody remember the good old days of 3Dfx?

Of course I guess only the ancient ones will remember the VESA loca bus video cards?
I had orchid cards and then Spidergraphics with zip ram vid chip memory. It would regen those Autocad drawings faster than a kerosened kitty kat on kokain.... Those were the days, huh?

 

New drivers 177.66 for some GeForce cards, finally solved the problem with graphics bug

Thx, I'll check them as quick as possible when return from vacations. I also hope that these drivers will not break WB3 as 175.16 (so I had to return to 169.21)
