So the Judicial system (prosecutors and judges) are not formally subordinated, nor do they informally follow orders given by government, president, or parliament.

The outright example is what happened to Putin's critics.
Assassinations, poisonings, illegal sentences.

Then what is happening to mobilized men trying to defend their rights. There are even lawyers of defendants that have been arrested.

I saw a statistics regarding the number of russian defendants that won in court against the state prosecutors. Their number is very small compared to the number of sentences. This shows there is a subordination of judges to the political power - not that the prosecutors are fair and that they only accuse the culprits.
