Very nice page. (and awesome pits there)

Btw. Is it intented that p47 is drawn as cowling flaps open.

I think closed might be better default position.

    Nice Job!

    @ Cicero

You are linking the Cockpit-Download Page here and you are naming it "Earlier released and original WB-cockpits You can still get"

Is that the "refrence file", meaning does that contain all the latest cockpits there are?
In the moment, I am only able to differenciarte between the various files by date of latest change via my explorer.

    Regards

    @Rapier:

The cockpits on that site (http://duc.port.kz/warbirds2/cockpits) had been collected and posted in forum by Exec long time ago. It contents ALL cockpits, old (original - IEN) and new (changed or earlier added).
Originals are quite still OK, they are the same as you can get by the whole package from IEN too. The newer ones on that site maybe already outdated by that ones on my site.

So if you look for new (added) cockpits, pls take them from http:/home.arcor.de/caspar77 ! All others, that are not listed there, you can savely download from http://duc.port.kz/warbirds2/cockpits.

I short future I will host earlier added cockpits on my site too (i.e. He177, Pe-2... etc.), so that they are always uptodate. All others (IEN) you can get everywhere else.

Target is to make it easy for players to choose, thats why I build that page beside the other list. ;)

    Understood?

    Yes!

    @ Cicero

    Yes, certainly! ;)
Thanks for explanation. Your intentions to build and publish a kind of "reference file" for the collection of cockpits is appreciated.

I'll make differences between Ki-43, Ki-84 and Ki-27. That is meant by this.
I'll try to increase color depth of I-16. I-153 got a different windshield. Main design will stay at it is now.

    Ju-52...thats a surprise! ;)

Maybe. But it seemed cool to me. Do you know, how often radiators had been opened in a flight in P-47? Did it get hot fast or slow?
