    here's a russian-language thread is started:
    http://forum.wbfree.net/forums/showthread.php?t=30037

here we suggest to make a parallel discussion on the topic:

what the code of MA bluepens should be?
    what can they do, how?
what they may not do with their power?

    post your suggestions here, please.

I don't know if you can like write down a specific codex for admins beyond the obvious, i.e. that they're supposed to be reasonable, fair and friendly ... and if possible set a positive example for other players (i.e. no excessive vulching, no self-killing, etc.).

I think they should have full power, but apply it only after forum consultance. All in all, if we trust them as "police", we should trust that they will make the correct changes to improve the game, not for their own satisfaction.

They should have the blue key. When pressed - changing jeeps armament to 2 x 12mm. After that, the key should disapear and never show again ;)

    there is an old proverb:

Barking dog is not the one to be affraid of, he is just makin' lotsa noise because he is affraid.
Instead the one that dont bark is the one you should be aware of.
