WB Upgrade to WB2008

Sooner users of TH will need upgrade in order to play. Unfortunally at these moment TH is not compatible with new version.
Some hardware will be required.
In order to update, just press update button at botton right of main window.

I did the upgrade just pushing the "update" button at main WB screen...

Is there a mirror somewhere for downloading a version of WB3 that will work with TH? I'd like to see it work out, TH with WB3 looks very promising.

well, we are just working on it, but franz- is right now facing the most "challenging challenge" of his entire life, and we all from Kommando Nebula are very afraid he cant get over it... Our prays and hearts still with franz- in this terrible moment... but if he just, for a brief moment can get forces to surpass it untill nex sunday, I trully believe and I personally promisse to you and all TH supporters:

About WB2008, we have already a great improvement. iEN just scrambled some things in protocol, but the cryptography still easy . I guess until end of this month we will be able to play at TH with WB2008 (sorry people, money comes from other type of hard work )

just out of curiosity, do you guys have any serious cryptographic backgrounds, or are you just learning as you go?

too bad that it's not working at the moment, with the current problems with FH server you'd get a lot of players at TH arena, maybe they would even stay there

TH is by now running WB2007, fast like a K4, smooth like a Lib...
We do not want to shot at nothing but those that daring visits our unfriendly skies.
As franz- foreseen, by early july we possible change versions.

 

That link installs new version of WB I think. After I run the TH client and unzip the TH image pack, "play online" still does not work.

What do I have to do to make the game connect to TH instead of iEN?

I've run the TH Launcher v1.2.1
I've tried the HOSTS .cmd script

When I select "Play Online" I get "Cannot connect to iEN".

Current version of WB is 3.08 R5.

 

can you guys upload the update archive (just the uptade) somewhere? Cuz when I try to update it using the ienlauncher.exe I get crappy download speeds (like 9kB/s ) It would be great if I could download it from rapidshare or filehost or even torrent. I just don't feel like waiting 635 hours to download a 400mb update

 

I've just used THLauncher 1.2.1.301 and my freehost login/pass and it worked just fine.
