    Bank > 45 deg
    Pitch > 45 deg
    Gs pulled > 2
--Arena setting to award otto kills to "Otto Weenies" instead of player
    --Tonnage on Target (TOT) implemented
Activated with ARENAFLAGS2 bit 128 (ie, add 128 to ARENAFLAGS2 to turn on Tonnage-On-Target, or subtract it to turn off.)
    How Tonnage works:
Each field has 3 new parameters
    MaxTonnage
    Distance
    Rebuild
Max Tonnage is the maximum tonnage field can absorb before it is closed. Distance is the maximum distance from field a weapon can land to count for tonnagae. Rebuild is how quickly tonnage is removed (like how ground objects rebuild). TOT values can be set per country per field
--Ground Vehicles (GV) may now run over & demolish ground objects. If online and protstruct is set, friendly ground objects will not be destroyed.
--For multi-engine planes, throttle now controls all selected engines
--.FIELDS will now show tonnage and maxtonnage if Tonnage-On-Target flag enabled
--New OT-types added to the .show "objects which have to be destroyed to close the field" list
--Offline stats implemented("show stats" check button in offline tab)
--Player can attach as gunner to drones offline via right-click on map blip, as in online.
--AI numbers in join gunner dialog now match map to carriers
--Message now printed for mouse-stick command (alt-m)
--Mouse control command (alt-m) now works in tower
    --New arena settings:
    ARENAFLAGS2 Bit 64
    Completely disables ground vehicle otto
(no gun tracking, no six calls)
    ARENAFLAGS2 Bit 128
Enables Tonnage on Target (see above)
--Otto hit messages have been separated out and are sent separately to the host (they were ganged with player hit messages thus we couldn't distinguish.)
To control how otto hits should count, there is a new host with a new system setting: OTTOACK determines whether to count otto hits for the player or as Ack-Weenie hits.
    .sset ottoack 1
= Otto hits will count as ack-weenie hits, kill will be
    awarded to ack-weenies
    .sset ottoack 0
= Otto hits will count as player hits, kill will be awarded
    to player
--Some new offline dot commands to help creating missions
(See mission files Carrier Practice.off, Malta Assault.off
    for examples onhow to use.)
    1. .setfield
    .setfield <field> <color>
Sets field to given color. Examples:
    .setfield 3 2 // sets field 3 to country 2
    2. .enable
    .enable <1|0> <-1|plane>
Enables or disables planes in plane selection list. Examples:
    .enable 1 -1 // enable all planes
    .enable 0 -1 // disable all planes
    .enable 1 32 // enable plane 32
    .enable 0 12 // disable plane 12
Does not apply "per field" as in online.
    Works with:
    3. .selectableon, .selectableoff
.selectableon // recognizes above .enable commands when
    listing ac offline
selectableoff // disregards .enable commands when listing
    ac offline
    4. .mountmo
    .mountmo <mission> <drone #>
This is so we can set up a mission where flight starts from
a carrier deck. See Carrier Practice.off for how to use.
    In *.mbl files, waypoint type:
    TYPE 1
can be used as waypoint type for fighters, this puts them
in "CAP/CAS mode where they will attack nme ac,vehicles
(must be entered in text file, not in UI yet). They will
also dgfight player if he approaches them. (See malta2/m7.mbl)
    Macintosh specific:
--Resolutions are no longer hard coded.
--Upped RAM allocation from 175 to 220 in OS9
--All settings changes should stick now in OSX
--OSX tanks being especially susceptible to .50cal rounds should be fixed
    How to setup offline missions/games:
In the "offln" directory are *.off files. They contain "dot"
commands. Each of these appears as a choice (minus the *.off")
in the offgame tab listbox. When the user selects a choice,
the dot commands in the *.off files are executed.
    Example:
The user chooses "airattack" from the offlinegame-tab listbox.
These dot commands in offln/airattack.off are executed:
    .offairattack
    .offrps nme 0
    .offwingmen 2
    .startingalt 6000
    .offgamelevel 1
Which sets up the offline air attack game. When the user hits
    fly, the game will run
The user chooses "tunisia_armor" from the offlinegame-tab
listbox. These dot commands in offln/tunisia_armor.off
    are executed:
    .offcmtool
    .terrain tunisia
    .loadmodir offln\tunisia_mbl
    .country 4
    .field 24
    .offwingmen 2
    .plane 68
Which sets up a cmtool generated mission. The mission will
start running immediately, while the user is still in the
tower (this is true of all cmtool generated missions). The
user can join the mission by pressing "fly".
For cmtool-generated missions, it is important to have the
.offcmtool dot command in the file, so the program will know
it is executing a cmtool mission.
To add a new offline mission, create an *.off file and any
*.mbl files it may want to load. Place it in the offln
directory, and it will appear as a choice in the
    offlinegame-tab listbox.

    Bye bye ackstars....

    "How Tonnage works:
