What is wrong with Scorepages?

lets not complicate things too much
the way they are now is OK, let them just be UP longer than once in a week

 

just one more thing concerning the scorepages:
would it be even remotely possible for you guys to convert them to UTF-8?

from what I'm seeing you use at least two different encodings (ISO-8859-2 and Windows-1252 where you need additional chars for the names of brazilian squads )

this makes it a pain in the ass to automatically extract data from those pages and display it on one page - characters in two different encodings just won't work together

UTF-8 would solve this issue, c'mon, invest in the future, go modern, choose UTF-8

I'm not trying to flame or bitch about it here, but a simple "we're working on it" or "sorry, we have more important things right now" would be much appreciated

I think that functionless scorepage is one of the main reason that now is only ~10 pilots in MA every evening. Yes, RPS is not good, there are some problems with FHL too, but flying is mainly about our egoes, everybody wants to know how good is he

 

that and the fact that admins/developers don't give a shit about this

Well, to see how good oneself is, you have the scores ingame.

I only use the scores too see how my shooting goes, cause my aim is soo friggin bad (for fighters. Regarding buffs it is not at all interesting to see anything except torpedoehits)

Does not help that the cyborg is getting unstable in the centering.

BUT it makes the game harder, and I guess that has to count for something

p.s. I did not hack the score pages, I'm just that good, the score pages won't bother to refresh themself, cuz eventually I'd be first every time. Sorry
