Actually, maybe it would be better if there were a joint Russian-American exercise; a few drinking parties, a few soccer games, football, basketball, baseball, a few dances, some limbo with the island girlies, exchanges of hats and shirts and night vision goggles.

I'm not surprised that Russia is sending a ship or two towards Somalia, who's pirates recently took control of a Ukrainian ship with many T72's + spares aboard.

Exactly, his one mad little Indian in one small little country trying his best, although rather limited in his abilities to right some social injustices, real or just perceived.

He goes to extremes to get some attention but most of the South American government leaders are letting him know when he goes overboard.

He is no great threat to anyone.
