This plane is outta hand!! Loses almost no E or speed in a 4.5 G turn. Can fly to stall (near 65 mph) clean. Easy to hold in stall just drops the nose a little. Can maintain 250 mph at 50 % throttle. Turns almost tighter than a zeke. Can you look at this FM and revise it please. It seems the Uber La5fn FM was used in tempest now.I have a track but need to shorten it , let me know if you need it.

Man....I should start flying P38 but, next thing you know, it will become uber in the next release and I will have to go back to the d520.

As for the Tempest or Typhoon (which the Typhoon gets no whining), which both fly about the same BTW, it's too bad there wasn't some posting of data concerning the performance before dweebery whining became accurate official data. Sorry, but I hold a bit of a grudge with the current P-38 models and the resistance of thorough and accurate data being presented to correct something obvious. :shuffle:

Our tempest with 75% fuel makes turn in 17 sec. Without flaps.
    About same as yak-3, 109F, ki-84 etc. (typh ~19.5)
But as for me its not so deadly for ballance as La were. So imho, no need to remove before fix, but its just imho, i'm not an admin :).

Make Tempest reduce energy and it will be a great iron.
Who goes to battle on turns in the second half of TOD?

Actually, I think the Ki-84 is super uber. That thing is amazing. No compression, reverses better than a UFO, has unbelievable maneuverability, and can kill anything.

Well, other than control surfaces being completely ripped off somewhere around 550mph it's pretty good. I wouldn't say super uber (I would never say super uber anyway because it's redundant) but it's the best late war Gold plane.

German planes are pretty crappy these days. No, that's not true. The guns on German planes don't come close to those of the same caliber (and sometimes SMALLER caliber) of red planes. 20mm specifically.

"Somewhere around" used right after each other are redundant to me. ;)
