I refuse to buy Dr. Martens shoes anymore because they are now made in china and only last about 2-3 months. I strongly advose anyone and everyone to not buy DMs either they suck royally now.

So I found out about this german shoe company JOMOS and I am wondering if anyone has ever bought a pair of these shoes. I really hate wasting money on crap shoes, and there are a lot of them out there.

This is the pair I want, can anyone who speaks german tell me if they are steel toes or what is the story with these shoes? don't bs me.
german shoes - are these steel toed? yes/no?

There is a huge problem in Canada and the USA right now. All of the shoes are made in China and they are extremely poor quality. I would estimate that 95% of all shoes sold in Canada are made in China. In all stores. A european comapany could make awesome profits if they could just get their shit over here right now!! but it has to be really good quality, like the old Dr. martens that were made in England 10-15 years ago

Back in the 80s my friends and I were into Chinese peasant slippers. They were seen as minimalist, cool hippie-alternative shoes. Yeah. No big impact on environment and stuff. Now things have quite changed ;)

I like Altama boots. Good, simple quality.

Not sure how many steel toe models they've got.

Btw, it's "Sieg Heil!". In Nazi Germany, proper spelling was very important! %)

I got these ones from marks..steel toed motherfuckers. They work great against dog jaws and ribs and hock bones.

    Very cool choice there Mac.

I think I will get a pair too... and in black.

I don't like those dress cop-oid shoes in super shiny black.. ah.."patent leather" .. too dressy and brings too much attention..

These look comfy and non threatening as paramilitary boots do... and yet with steel toe will get the job done if needed...

When the big Prez was here a few weeks ago, I was kind of surprised at some of the official, ex-sf-type guys they had working the area. There were definitely some characters with stupid tattoos who should never have been there, IMHO.

First thing I noticed was shoes :) Look up from there and you can see what you're dealing with :)

That's right. People with "the experience" usually look there second.
