As some of you may know, Aces High 2 will be released very soon. In the meanwhile, for solving last small bugs, HTC released an open beta version where non-subrcribers can play as well. If anybody is intrested in it, you can find the download link here: 78MB. I don't exactly know how long the open beta will be working for, but I expect it to be about one month. Even if it's namely a beta, it's basically a main arena because many (good) players are willing to get used to the new game in time for its official final release, so you will find sufficient numbers of pilots over there, especially after 10pm GMT. Also, the few remaining bugs are really neglegible. Come in large numbers, guys !!!!!
Cant play it on this system Ale. Im hoping to upgrade soon anyway so hopefully I will be able to play in a week or so. -glas-
checking it right now...seems like they fixed code quite a bit so its requirements dropped noticeably, first impression...old AH with new tracers
I don't know if you tried out latest versions: most players (me included) can't notice any fps difference compared to AHI. The only ones still having problems are the owners af the 500$ ATI 9800xt LOL
Well erm, ok, I've got it, but my opinion on AH remains unmodified, I just can't fly a plane at the edge in AH, I've got no real feeling of the plane... or so I feel... <Z>
Only a matter of getting used. AH FM is way more advanced and realistic than WB FH. Which does not mean it to be perfect, of course.
