Ban reason?

Got killed otr, with bombs, by a guy on the same side as me, after i landed. The track is edited so it's short. The guy is gorodv.
Is this a reason for a ban?

The quetion is: "Was that a deliberate act?"

If yes, then banishment is the minimum to be done.

Maybe banning the whole squad for some period of time.

Also how about banning all those guys that use a second computer logged-on to the opposing side to spy and that then use the attach command to vulch or sneak-up on someone?

No, Vojto made me (+ next 4 pilots) the same (only by tank) and it wasn't problem for admins

 

not player or squad, definitely all golds must be banned.

 

everything will be normal if we ban everybody, FH will be lag-free, cheat-free and rock stable

crash looks like crater landing. bombs are drawn behind, but only drawn. we cannot say where bombs actually were at his own frontend.
so, "notify about what?"

 

there was no crater there. it was the blast that killed me and it's perfectly visible how the guy dove on me.

 

use .extview command, it's more visible

There are some newbies and I see our duty to explain them the difference between bombing/strafing friendly and enemy airfields.
