    Sorry to say.... Not quite realistic... I mean these kind of models
    good designer can create for 1-2 days.
    Good model is when you ask yourself : is it a picture or a photo? ;)

    U'll never know, if it looks realistic, 'cause U get this realism only from bleached or black/white photographs and even restaurated planes in museums don't look like in wartime, as they where used every day... :rolleyes:

    You can create such picture in 3dmax+Photoshop really fast :) :mafia:

    Look at that Russel Crowe. He's complitely made in 3d- editors.
    Is it photo? :D ;) ... than compare to poor 3d models posted above...

    Sure! Thats what I've done! :D

    But the source was a sreenshot of IL-2 which has great 3D models and engine!

    Russel Crowe seems to be perfect. Compareable with 'Final Fantasy' Cinemovie...

    Well, my knowledge of Photoshop and 3D Studio Max and the likes is close to 0, but I think this picture is not a photo due to the weird way that the pilot is seated in :)
