For my life, as long as I can remember, I have stayed away from The Police. I did that by luck [not getting caught by the police] and Not Running Around Being A Criminal. Once I was a man in my thirties I calmed down a bit and took less risks in my behaviour. Some will say [they are wrong] that is when I received The Payoff for the time I spent as a NOT-CRIMINAL. Never mind, If The King [the fuhrer, the Prime minister, the Grand Chief, The Great Khan, or [whoever is the BIG BOSS at the time and place of my living]. UM. I am saying I did little WITH A PLAN. I never planned on doing anything right. I never awoke with a plan in my head: ONE DAY I AM GONNA BE A GREAT KHAN or The Pope or something like that. I am pretty humble, I am NOT proud of any of my mistakes in the past. I am almost penniless [I live in a socialist State where, instead of paying to build armies and navies, we, instead, erect housing for THE POOR [and yess, a few bombers and warships, not very many]. I am among the poor... so I can have my meals each day and I LOVE THAT. [What is poor? Isn't 'poor' having to eat sand and drink pee?] I see one thing around me that is as good a thing as I could have imagined wishing for. When I was young, I used to wish for Marijuana to be around, to be available, to be conventionality gotten I used to, when I was 16 wished [almost pray, except I don't worship The Great Spaghetti Monster] there was marijuana to be bought or sold on The Streets or in shops, or by A Guy I Know who lives down the road. I did not often wish for Marijuana, but I did discover it was not worth the work or THE RISK to either produce it or sell it. I did smoke a little bit sometimes but only tried selling some once, I was about 16 and I stopped right after learning to NOT DO THAT. Since then I have smoked a bit of marijuana but never was around it, other than to smoke one on a Saturday night. I did that lots of time. BUT I STAYED AWAY FROM POLICE AND COURTS. I WAS NOT LABELLED A CRIMINAL BY THE KING [the Great Khan or who-ever]. I still made enough mistakes that I roundup with not much money when I retired. I did not have a plan. HERE, BELOW, is a little film about a thing that happened. IT was made to happen when The Great Khan [or who-ever] used a little trick to get votes in Ottawa, Canada. [he is a rich-boy, a spoiled rotten entitled rich boy, one of the seven families that runs Canada, similar to the USA's Kennedys. Born Rich and dying in skydiving or skiing accidents or crossing the Alps in their Lear Jets. Those fuckers [DONADL TRUMP? Yeah, that loudmouth too, we call those populists, never worked a day in a hole, never starved, never even missed a meal, never got his hed beat in by two guys. Always had a body-guard, yeah, those rich kids]. The rich kid who is the president here, in Canada [Oops, the prime mister I meant]. Got elected to be president by promising a thing not often tried. I don't give a shit about that guy, or his family, or his Friends. Still, it is very cool to be able to walk around in the fresh air and NOT be a criminal, and not be always worried about going to jail. I didn't plan for that.
The Bosses here, in Ottawa, they decided to make it so that Canadians can walk around outside, in the fresh air, and smoke pot!!!!!! The bosses never figured out a way to do that. Stores? Shops? factories? No, the bosses didn't make a plan, they just decided that the police would not arrest anyone for smoking pot in the open air. Canadians still have to KNOW SOMEONE. We still have to pay for pot. It is still costly. It is still sometimes, very hard to find. BUT, if ya are like me, and know a guy down the street... UM, I can find and buys some pot when-ever I have some spare money and I want to smoke some. I don't worry about police or criminal courts. I think Mexico and Uruguay and Netherlands have stopped sending the cops out after pot smokers. Canada too!!!!! Nice Santa-beard eh? When I am walking in my walks, sometimes I smoke pot with the same group of local young people. I have been told I look like a old Santa [not very fat] and that a old man smoking pot looks good to the Kinds [teenagers and some old folks]. I like smoking pot. BUT I wish it was free, like rain
They can sell it in Amsterdam but they can't grow it. That's why the coffeeshops have to deal with the mob to get it. There's rot underneath it all.
