Me, I consider international discussions as tolerable. As far as I track them. I haven't noticed named nick in this forum recently. For subinternational forums you have other moderators that could take measures to control unpleasant behaviour. In fact, I cannot moderate for example portuguese and polish forums since I absolutely don't know those languages.

folks, do you know what is boycott? in the case of forum it looks to me as a quite effective form of control. such people show activity only with support of their oppopents. consider russian proverb: "dog barks and wind broadcasts".
When it comes to facism, I no longer believe in boycotts. In such cases I prefer hammers, baseball-bats and blowtorches!

hi hemuli, i am confused... which are in your opinion the grades of best-good-bad-worst, when you use "almost" as comparing to communism? do you compare ideologies, theories/concepts or regarding existent variations in history? anyway, i don't understand... what are civilized countries? what are the others and how to call them? what is then in the swastika, that you need it to be set free?? i don't feel the need to demand the civilization in which i live, to set an ancient symbol free. i have nothing against symbols, they can be a sign to communicate or something to visualize an abstract belief in private. as soon as symbols have been used for different meanings, of which one has shown to be of a negative, destructive and abusing sense, i would rather like to change the symbol (if still a need for symbols) than to risk any misunderstanding or further abuse... personally i think that symbols, which are commonly used to separate groups of people, are relicts, which should be overcome... maybe have a place in games or for restrooms. even if they are originally used to represent a 'good thing', abuse has never been far - remember what has been done in the 'name of religion'
