Yesterday evening reds had only F1, F3 and F7. We (AFVS) started a level bombers sortie to F7 and closed it. We have calling for a Junkers 52 5min before we do it and another 5-7 min after that. Nooone responded! Other golds meanwhile captured F3 and despite of our repeated for ju for F7 which was already closed, some of them were calling "now attack f1" (i won`t mention names). after 5min of waiting one of us (the promising young member birdy-) went down to take a ju (thank you). Unfortunately he couldn`t make it in time. The rest of us still having half of their load continued to F1 to help the supposed attack on it. They didn`t found anyone there, nor did any come later. When we were out of bombs F1 had only 3 acks up. It happened again later. I went with pryde- odiss and stormy to take f1 (reds last field). Lot's of hi cons so odiss, stormy and pryde- were shot down. We run out of bombs when 1 acks was missing. 1 ACK TO WIN THE WAR. Ju52s were already otw, but noone killed that damn ack.
Ive seen lately that it has been way off balance. At any time you will have like 13+reds to only 3golds. Now some say its like this also for the reds sometimes but i have yet to see it, only seen gold outnumbered. Now i dont care if red has say 10 or more people granted that gold has at least 10 people or more. but when its 14 vs 3 gold has very little chance
But we are always constrained by number of comrades online. You have to have the necessary number of bombers airborne, yet as many escorts as possible (in that case - 1 ) and ju52 becomes last care. fn, last weeks when i played always golds had advantage of +10 people.
Most of the time, numbers are equal, when i play. but something like 20%, one side is more numerous. and most of the times reds have more. but its kinda equal. i think.. cya! nicae
