Help! "Incorrect path to WB"

    Help! "Incorrect path to WB"

    I reinstalled WB & FHLauncher 1.61 but now when I try to enter arena all I get is : " Incorrect path to WB. Please reinstall FreeHost Launcher "

    Tried manytimes and did it like I allways have, but nothing seems to help. :(:help:

    I checked that before and added that (of course with my own paths) but no use :( :help:

    I really don't get it what's wrong ,cause all worked ok when installed 1st time...

    Or are you telling me I should have those exact paths?? I think not ..

    i think that registry must contain actual information
    having software installed in another directory (other that specified. for example c:\warbirds2\) in this sample, will cause your error message
    :director: ENSURE YOUR REGISTRY POINTS TO YOUR REAL INSTALLATION

    Don't know if this helps, but my registry says:

    "Path"="C:\\PROGRAM FILES\\FREEHOST LAUNCHER"
    "WBPath"="c:\\iMagic Online\\WarBirds"
    "PlayIntro"="0"

    and works OK.

    Jac mine registry is:

    Path: "C\PROGRAM FILES\FREEHOST LAUNCHER"
    WBPath: "C:\iEntertainment Network\Warbirds"

    I've check my registery ,I even tried to install to other directories and downloaded both 2.77r3 and 1.61 again butno help.IMO my puter has gone nuts.Win98 & old HD's ,maybe some virus or worm fking in here ,can't tell.Well ,time to install the whole damn system again I guess :(

    Anyhow thaks for help guys.

    A friend of mine also has this problem in windows XP... how to fix it??

    He already installed it in the default folders, pointed the FHLauncher and everything... help!

    Well after 4th install ,it started to work ,even I did EVERYTHING same!I just don't get these damn comps.
