Looks a bit like the overconfident pilot syndrome to me. Trying to make a half look with a BuFF. Should know better

    LOL!
This model was close to 25'000 Euro, 8 x turbines + full digital servos.
The plane crashed because the pilot's an idiot :) 1st, the great wind. Such models are quite heavy and don't like at all hard turns with wind in tail.
The pilot tried a useless and total unrealistick 90° roll and turn, plane got full wind on wing and tail, lost his speed and stalled.

    I'm an experienced modellist :)
Above all when you have such models (dimensions and costs) even if you'r at an airshow with much peaple is better renounce to fly when the meteo is so bad. If someone prefers defy similar meteorological conditions whit the result like for the B52 it's an idiot.
Second, the pilot had a lot of luck! a model like that has a weight above 25kg, now imagine the model crash on the public.
Aereomodells are nice but still a real weapon. Unlucky most modellist think it's only a game and take risks till they don't damage something or kill someone.
