You guys are messed up, the only person here with poor judgement are muflo and reuben.

Ever see a 1969 nova SS? The caprice is a luxory version of the impala starting in late 66.

I think everyone here knows what some of these cars look like, for you 2, I think not. Its obious foreign countrys are off on sports desighn, compairing some 4cyl car like the triumph spitfire against any v8 powered 2 door from 1964-1972....Pitifull.

BTW, Impala a family car? Maybe in the 90's. The impala was ultimate luxory, with big fast engines. The caprice and impala could outrun many a bmw. Hell, a 1965 galaxy might even outrun one :)

well, seeing as how in 1965 it outperformed Ferrari....Id say only dumb ass kids like afi would wrap such a car around a flagpole.

Gaxaxy driver says to ferrari driver "You had me till the first turn, but then it was over." haha.

Argh, first I tried refraining from commenting on it... but it's so obvious you don't understand jack shit about the mechanics that make a car rolling. You just judge your opinions or whatever on some torque/hp graph... Tell you what, go research how much hp/torque an M1A1 Abrams tank has, then check its topspeed and cornering. Muscle cars are good for one thing: driving in a straight line and wasting fuel doing that. If you can't understand the reasoning behind other types of engines or other designs then I guess you'll never really be succesful at fixing cars or anything involved with that. You base your ideas of how a car should perform and how a car should be designed on what people who repair the cars think, instead of asking an engineer from Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, God knows...
