hi I have a new System now: Amd64 3000 1024mb ram geforce 6600gt all with newest drivers. I have a clean Install of Warbirds and FH done in the following order: wb277min wbsupport wbart3 terrainfile fhl164R4 I have Winxp the Windowanimation is off and warbirds runs in win98 kombatibility modus. Warbirds runs fine but after i start flying i get "Autoditched in the HQ" all times after 20-60 secs flying. My ping is 40-80 konstant. I dunno what to do hope anybody can help me JEAH
first try: remove win 98 compatibility, then uninstal/ reinstal FHL or may be this is a crash of ur unstable system(thing u don't know for the monent )
what's that "autoditched" thingie is? can you explain verbosely what do you do with warbirds when launching it? online/offline? what the "ditch" process is in details? system/server message? where do you find yourself after that disaster?
well I start Go Online from Freehost. I log in to Freehost. Then im in the game i choose field and plane. I start and then when im in Flight i get autoditched in the HQ. That means reagardless where i fligh or what i do my plane gets teleportet to the HQ. I mean the 4 buildings on the map that is know at the HQ. And my plane gets Teleportet there with Speed 0 and Altitute 0. That means i directly ditch in the HQ. Then im still in the plane and in Flight. My Plane looses motors and wings and im Ditched in the HQ. Then i can exit with .e and im captured or not what ever field is near to HQ. When i had that and i try to Fly again regardless of what field or plane i loose my Gear direct on the Runway and my Plane begins to spin around the Wing Achse. I can then exit with .e. I can only Fly again after a new start from WB.
same problem here win98 pIII 500Mhz after start ca. 5 sec till ditch no hits no collie on current map i sit South near f18 exactly cross 6.6, not in hq, but maybe it´s middle of map ? same problem like jeah after it, but if i go in hmack and exit it i can start normaly have this problem since years ( maybe since 1.60, but not sure ), but not often, in actually rps the first 2 flights + 1 other sometimes it happened later in flight and i thought sometimes it was in fact of 88mm hit but never get a message @exec: need track of it? other rarely problem: sometimes in fight con my 6 is invisible and i got message "con your 6 d951" then "clear" then again d900+ i see no tracers but bullets hit me ( i hear it only ) last time saturday me in ju88 vs. bugel in red d.510 (Attention: i don´t say bugel cheat !!! ) only online, it´s no connect problem i think, no warps and on record-track is all normal, plane is visible on normal range gossie
Now that's a weird bug Once it happened to me that all of a sudden my plane, as soon as i pressed Fly and got otr, started to spin, lost rear wheel/s and fell down, so engine dead. I had to reinstall WB and all worked fine. Btw, Win98, AMD 1000 here
Hi Ho I have tried warbirds again. I installed only the full wb install and fhlauncher. After 20 secs fly i get autoditched. I try to attach the Track. I rename it to .txt to attach it so rename it.
i would like to have any responce to my thread. Did u know the problem ? can u do anything to solve it. Can i do anything ? Did i have to get a old PC to play WB ? pls thanks
I had that same kind of problem a while ago, but I can't remember what I did (if I did anything...). Only thing that comes to mind is overheating. Have you checked your CPU fan/fans and all that shit? Just spent an hour trying to google your prob without any success. Sorry...
