    i have a nice sample of tsagi tests of franz bf 109f with supercharger broken (and tsagi did not know that).

    i don't know if this test is correct (and you?), but i think that speeds of russian fh-planes are like prototypes and not serial planes (worse, of course), that's all :)

    btw: i saw russian test of fw190 (a5 i think) where was engine after crash, it was funny too ;)

    it was La-5F, not La-5FN (or plane of la5fn with engine w/o charger)

    Are you sure? I think only the ASh-82FN was rated at 1850hp, which is also the engine rating in the test report.
