Well ... I hate when somebody cross my line of fire ( and everybody knows it ... ), It mess my aim, and most of times I got some hits from myself ... I think that this is quite unreal, friendly fire should shoot friendlies down ... and then more respect between friendly players should be noted ... Also, friendly collisions should be enabled too, at least nobody will cross your plane in flight, engage who you're engaging and then ... provide more realism to the game ... ( Yes ... I am a woodpecker ) ... Pls. let your opinion
My oppinion: Totally against. Newbies would be a pain in the ass and nobody would want to fly near them, thus they would hardly learn anything.
Not hard to miss a cumshot in Roland's ass Btw, if you're talking about the guitar, well, i've seen them better
Pro killshooter and collisions, against friendly fire. With admins on the arena it would be nice do see some responsibility, but giving too much of it in the hands of some players would be too much. There're idiots which having such possibility would hunt down pilots with (f.ex.) large streaks, or whom they personally don't like. Unless a quick and strict ban system would be implemented on such creatures, there is no point in enabling friendly fire. Banning nicknames and IP's only would not solve the situation. Reading I-macs and mainboard numbers would be too far an ingerention in fair players privacy.
Well, they can't fire on you, but they can ram you with ease. I've done it when i've flown with friends. What's the difference between firing and ramming? They can fuck you anyway. Allow none or allow both. And i'm for none of them
I'm in favor of both suggestions. P.S. How about you lose your streak if you down a friendly? To simulate a court martial or something like that.
80% of the players don't give a damn about streak. No penalty for them then. I'm against this feature because of how many bastards live around. I bet Fucketeer and Roland would even play just to fuck some of us/you
it's just a compromise i guess it would be easier to evade collision abusers than friendly fire abusers. plus automatic ban for a day, would be cool
Not if you're landing (with wheels, of course ) What about real accidents? I mean, i've sometimes fired on a friend accidentally and i would have for sure killed him. Would i be banned as well?
in scenarios we had collisions disabled during taking off. i dunno how it was done, if it worked in an automatical way or if some admin typed a command before and after take-off it happened to me too, but i think we'll get used to always taking care of this. sure, it would both suck and be interesting
Okay, so let me summarize: You guys are against belly-landing penalties. You don't want friendly collisions modeled. You don't want fiendly fire modeled. Hey, why don't we just disable that annoying 'gravity' feature while we're at it?
