What the heck are we looking at? I see a bunch of screen shots with red circles but no explaination of what the crime is. That two members of gold flew the exact same time on the same day?? That they didnt expend any ammo? That they were killed a couple of times but did not kill anyone else? What am I missing here? I dont like cheaters either, so I fly Tabahost as often as I can. Its unfortunate most others still fly FH and then complain about cheaters. Fly TH then if you see an issue bring it up in the forum. I know for a fact that TH admins listen and act when the issue warrents a responce.
If this guy is cheating, I agree with whoever said that it's harmless. It takes probably much effort to be able to cheat this way without making it obvious (must require creating many accounts etc.) that it's the cheater's loss because he's spending all this time and effort but isn't really playing the game. Also it doesn't give him any advantage in the air so you can still shoot him down all the same. In fact, you probably have an easier job bouncing him while he's on autolevel and taking off in his dupe account. Just my 2cents.
