    Hi there!

I am currently researching some facts on air operations on the northern part of the Kursk salient in 1943 and I have relatively good data on the german side. But I must admit that I haven´t found any good info on the soviet air forces (especially 16th Soviet Air Army). As this is the only Board with a large share of russian readers I know I´d like to ask if somebody here could help me.

I need some facts about plane types, units involved and perhaps some missions flown during the battle. Thanks in advance.

    KURSK Website

Here is a supercool website on Kursk you may want to use.

Definitely check out the terrain button, it has pictures of what Kursk looks like now...very interesting, even with pics of Prokhorovka.

What do you think where I got my primary data from? ;) Unfortunately another page on the air ops over kursk ceased to exist last year :(
