    rather a tragic scene.....

it seemed he "let off" on the down leg. Maybe he felt he was pulling too high a g?

Dialed-in a bit too much 'smash' there.

One good thing here at FH is you can do that more than once in virtual land.....

    poor bastard

See a lot of those on youtube. Seems a popular method of public suicide at airshows. Guy takes a sixty year old airplane up and does loops at zero alt.

Ya can leap head-first into an empty swmming pool for free. It is even fairly easy to have a crowd watch, just do it on a Saturday night in January. But it isn't likely ya will get on youtube.

Wow...you think that was a planned event?

I think he just screwed the pooch. Made a big mistake.

My guess is that he would have nosed-it if he wanted to kill himself... unless he needed to give the insurance money to his heirs....

I think he stalled it in the end of the loop and inertia took over. Also he doesn't seem to notice how close to the ground he is getting when coming out of the loop... there is little elevator application.

Notice how it dips its left wing when is getting close to the ground. It looks like a typical elliptical wing stall to me. Very sad :(
