For everyone going to the Show - we meet around Tu-160 at 12:00 this Saturday. You'll see us with VVS or FreeHost flags there. Or we meet at Kazan' railway station in the arch (right side if you look at the trains) at 0900.

The videos are great, some of the commentary had me ROTFLMAO!!

    The An-148 looked good.
Could not find any listing for AN-124 (did it make a showing?)

Dontcha know, air wars are commonly decided by which side can fly the most acrobatic maneuvers.

US Mil and NATO are now relying upon the AN-124, to some extent, which is an ironic development! A C-130 can only handle two MRADs, apparently, and shipping by foreign-owned sea transport, the normal method, is too slow.

Interesting. Why not use a C-5 Galaxy or a C-17?

    Russia paying it's aircrew?
I would go to the Moscow Airshow except for the fact that, well, I uh, am not going.
We got Abbotsford Airshow here, about 40 Km from me.
    Is okay.
Get to see yank planes doing the same tired crap everyone else does. Get to see, every year, a RCAF Snowbirds whatever those little planes are called, explode. I swear they do it on purpose.
Last time I went, the Russian Aircrew standing outside the World's Biggest Transport Plane had a bucket with the word "Donations" painted on it.
