Creating new maps

    How hard is it to make new maps. I think it would be awesome to actually have cities to bomb and protect like Berlin vs London or something. Have an actual city standing there to buff. Have like 2 or 3 bases around the cities for allies and axis to protect.

    Just an idea! But how do you make maps for this game? Any info would be great.
