Hello forum... My wb have little pauses during the online game, like a warping, but my ping is 400 and green beacon all the time. I´m using a pentium 800 with 126 ram with voodoo3... and i have 5 gb free on the hard disk. Reinstall i already done, every programs, the fhlauncher, wb full r3 b2 and the terrain. I need help to fix these problem... Thanx to wb community......
you tried downloading and installing the latest Direct X (isn't it 9a by now or so?) and have you tried to get the latest drivers at The Voodoo site Maybe try getting your hands on a tweaking program, it could help, or try to quit as much programs as possible before running the game, mb try to run the game in a smaller resolution, you've tried to run Quake III or so? If you get 70fps on that game you MUST get more in here, and without stuttering I mean (that's how we call this phenomenom) greetz, Zembla :frag:
Pauses Again I use the fhr since 2000, and only now i have this problem I reinstall all the drivers, directx, modem, voodoo3 etc.... All programs with scan files on pc, i dont use...... scans, virus....etc My fps is 70/75 during the game, and my connection is single modem usr 56k, connected by 50.666 .... thanks 4 all... but i think, only way to fix this, is Format c:/ hehehe ;-)
Also try checking how many programs you have running in the background which may be sucking too many resources. Ctrl+alt+delete(task manager) -where you can shut down those babies in the background. Lem
Looks like you played Counterstrike or DoD. Change your Grafik settings to 32 bit and your problem should be fixed.
This is problems of Voodoo3. 2 years i have same problems. Only kill of modem icon helped me. I do this by kyll explorer from task-manager( under Win98 ). After this action explorer automaticaly restart but nost icons in try-bar die. After that pauses stops. After i install GeForce2 all problems desapear $) Voodoo suks!!!!
