Franz, you called the town the wrong thing. It is Saint Leningrad, is it not? Lenin was a great king, He had cities like Leningrad built. Before Leningrad was built by King Lenin, he had built canals, roads, a modern navy. Lenin modernized Russia. Too bad he spent a huge portion of his reign fighting the Swedes. Sad that. OOPS. Now it's called St. Putinburg. I was born there and i live on Leningrad highway. Like in that joke about govt employment. In 1914 they re-named it into Petrograd, translating the name into Russian from German, I hope you understand why. In 1924 it became Leningrad. Now again it's SaNKTPeterburg. I can't pronounce this "NKTP", so I prefer to call it Leningrad. I't prefer Petrograd, but they have chosen an older name BTW on Finnish maps it's "Peterjoki" or something like that.
