Love that bitch... can't we collect money to buy it? :p

Btw, this reminds me an aircraft specialized library at Barcelona, with a DC3 cockpit INSIDE the shop. Is funny go there and see it.

    OK:

    Go to this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DC-3

Then go over to the C-47 link and afterwards go to the Li-2 link.

The main difference as far as this game goes is the C-47 will not have ANY guns at all.
I really don't think that the FH admins will allow the Viet Nam version; "Puff, the Magic Dragon" so IMHO I think the Li-2 is the minimum transport they can include.

Did the I16 & I153 have pressurized cabins with auto start engines and auto-pilot? Could Li2s & Ju52s drop commandos that shelled fields, dive-bomb, and land on water? Hmmm....well, I think the C-47 could have guns if added.

Excuse me; but just exactly WTF are you talking about?
    :dunno:

You're saying this game has those features???

Man. this is a GAME. There are a lot of other features the admins should work on than "improving" the Li-2 (unless you want to join those wacko's about the porked roll-rate of the Li2.
How about the P-factor in the P-38?
How about a engine pull-starts for the 262?
How about the one winged on-fire planes?
How about the warping wonders"must be my bad connection even though the warps are always in my favor" players?
If you really get-off on flashing your privates out of a C47, well you're gonna have to ask Jayroc's permission first.
    He's Boss Cock around here.

FH will be nothing but shamefully inaccurate without the L2D

I'm taking donations to purchase the DC-3 so I can achieve my life long dream of flying rubber dog shit out of Hong Kong.

From an outside point of view, if you warp it's always to your advantage.

If you are lining-up to shoot a con and you warp out of range, that's not to your advantage.

If you're setting-up for a dive bomb or strafing run and you warp out of the picture, there's no advantage.

Most of the warpers I have seen have only warped to get away from a disadvantage position. The second kind of warper I have seen are ones that warp great distances to get to another unsuspecting con.

Those few times where I thought I warped was when my beacon went red and then all the planes around me were gone. Sometimes I would re-appear and guys told me I had warped. Most of the times right after that warp I got disco'd.
Very few times have I recovered from a red beacon, so now I just close and relog as soon as it turns red.

    Cool. :super:

However when you're ready to fly a real load of dog shit that we can drop on HK, then I'm making that contribution!

Ad. 1. No harm done, rinse and repeat

Ad. 2. The ground doesn't warp, nor can you feel that you're warping without any players around, so warping has no effect on bombing ground targets, unless you get discoed all together

Now how many times have you been fighting a warping con, and honestly can say that it was easier because he warped?

Re: #1. Ok, rinsed, repeated and put on the dry cycle.

Re: #2. it is not easier to shoot down a warping con.

I think we are in agreement here. The warper always has the advantage.
