New RPS

    Yup, I just don't memorize the RPS, and I've been a while away again so any changes aren't so obvious to me.

    nice to see you're still here... keeping up the good attitude as always...

    but hey! I see you've finally gone to summer school and started learning to type, wtg! Already the progress is showing, keep it up kiddo.

    Agreed, in a way;

    Imho: Have geographical correct plane sets but have shorter map durations so that players can experience different planes sooner than later. Make time pass faster and rotate scenes quicker so we get early Euro western planes, then early East Euro planes, then early Pacific, then late Euro west, late Euro East, late Pacific and back again.
    Maybe different colors in different maps?

    Anyway it will be good to experiment and get feedback from the players.

    Yeah I'd favor that solution, too. IMO there are rarely more than 40 people online at any point in time ... usually a lot less than that. Dividing this modest number of players into 2 or more arenas doesn't strike me as a good idea.

    OK, slower then. That would work too.

    It's bad enough to see miserable cheating dweebs using zeke bugs in the Pacific theaters but it's far worse to see them in the Euro theaters.

    Please admins do something!

    would you be so kind to send a note to admins, so that we can all together join for the promised exercises? i'd love to do some nasty exercises with you, the more as you said, i don't have to be covered.
    you say, we will do it in 'west-world'? which kind of trial will it be, maybe nuke-, errh, nude-swimming?

    i am so excited, that you will make a man out of me! the last time some girls tried, but they failed so bad...

    As long as spitties are untouched, there is no cause for red whining. :p

    I'd much rather have the American plane dates moved up instead of back, that way not everyone is flying a spitty.

    One measure i think would be beneficial to increase fun -> increase numbers is to automatically keep disabling/enabling fields as number of players goes down/up. That way you could find enemies easier. I don't mean easiest, just easier. I often have left in fustration because of this.

    Another even easier, maybe better alternatives:

    -Decrease/disable hmack when numbers go low. Not to make capping fields easier but to force people to fly.
    -Show every plane position regardless of radar health. I.E. radar cheat for everybody... when numbers go low of course. Maybe enable while in flight too (when numbers very low?).

    I think "surprise factor" must not be saved "at all cost".

    In most games 8vs8 is a blast. Here, regrettably is a drag most of the time. YMMV
