oh, are they? like on a global scale, i mean. not that i would like to start an off-topic discussion (i realise, this thread is about rolandgarros and him being a risk to us-babies), but at least this forum is interantional and as such not part of the accountability-codex of non-imprisoned us-citizens...

anyway, since you said, that there are not more bad guys on your sub-conti, i feel more and more uncomfortable here at home. did you mean, that the world outside the us has more bad guys running around unaccounted? or is it, that you just imprison more to keep the accountability for actions on a general higher level?
