Good question.. I never knew. Anybody?

The only information I know of is not much use:

I would like to set up a proxy to FH. How can I get the software?
You may get it with any FH proxy owner. It's completely freeware, and versions for many platforms are available. Finally, you may ask administrators of FreeHost.

Okay, so I pinged the server in DOS and I had a minimum ping of 187 ms and maximum of 188 ms. I ping with WB Helper and get wildly inconsistent pings (187 to in excess of 1 second). Any clues as to what's going on here and how to fix it?
