    excuse my ignorance
    is IL-2 v4.09b1m or 4.08 (like in TGR hp)

    this means everything to me still confused %)

    If you are not in europe area ping times will be too high. anything over 400 ping will be booted by server.

    But in answer to your question you will need 4.09b1m with the special freehost mod. This will permanently change the IL2 install. There is no uninstall for the mod so be prepared to reinstall IL2 a few times in getting every just right.
