i dont usally post here, but something about this run made me a bit annoyed. what am i doing wrong? or do some have extra moters attached.what is top speed of li on level run? im not a good li pilot, but i do know how to give it full throttle!!. so...watch my track and tell what i did wrong. thanks. have a nice day. ps change txt to trk. on track
didnt watch the track, but maybe you just need to log in again silly devs sometimes change the FMs on a per-person, per-login basis
Imho only 3 things possible: 1) you didnt retract gears - i believe u did according to sound but sounds and visual effects on tracks sometimes are not real 2) flaps - mb you used flaps to take off from cv and forgot to pull them up, which would explain why ur nose tends to go up 3) you used 50% of fuel and he used 40% or he didnt come at all from cv- i doubt that is the case
thanks for reply, gears were retracted(as seen on the control dash) flaps were up also..(as also shown on control dash). we both took off from same cv.approx 30 sec apart. yes i used 50% fuel. if the diff of 10% less fuel has that much effect on speed of a li then ive learnt something for the future .
Dont trust the dashboard when u view tracks...For example , i can see on ur dash that u have 50% throttle, which probably is not true ..
It looks like you need to work on smoother control inputs a little more. Also, you were climbing a lot in the tape. Li-2 has the thrust to weight ratio of a mouse pulling an anvil, so it's hard to recover position unless you lose all of your altitude in favor of airspeed.
hola big.. wtf, u still alive? on topic Li2 was porked long time ago by the russian devs with the intent of making the best pilots here, genral, lose his streak. he had a streak of like 1000 kills, all pk, from Li2. he used this great plane as a fighter, YES, AS A FIGHTER against 109's and 190's and could turnfight against zekes, that's how good he was. he developed the BnZ tactics in Li2 and even wrote a code for dropping humanitarian aid instead of commandos ( .hmaid command iirc)
