I have to say, some people from other foreign countries (even those on our same continent) have real loonies and idiots like jacobe. There, I said it. jacobe, you can't get a clue that the US government is not under the control of the people anymore and, that the only reason the people in the USA still have some amounts of freedom is because there are 258,000,000+ "registered" firearms owned by 80,000,000+ "Registered" firearm owners. Factor in that there are probably another 200,000,000+ unregistered guns and owners whom are patriots who love to live where they can make an honest living, buy what they need, raise a family, retire, be protected by armed forces, and want to live and die in peace. Come here and try to take that freedom away, you'll pay, in lead. Come and stay here, be productive and you'll find the nicest people who will respect you for it. The majority in this country aren't interested in capitalism, socialism, communism, fascism etc. Our US government is out of control, we're just waiting for it to fall apart.

We elect the official in the hope that they will represent us faithfully. Instead what we most often get is the representative that faithfully represents the special interest group that donates the most to the election campaign. We have tried to use "democracy" to fix the problem, but that has not worked. The firearms that we are allowed to have will only offer token resistance against things like an Abrams tank, so revolution seems to not be a constructive path. The only recourse we have is to let the whole rotten structure fall down and start over again. Unfortunately, this means that we must pay a hefty price, and it is possible the rest of the world shall pay with us (notice how much of the world economy works on the USD?). It may reach a point where the U.N. sees volatile arguments between countries like the U.S. and China over debt obligations. It may be much worse. It may be much less than that. The thing is, we won't know until it happens.

Just a quick note for the OP; theres an old axiom that goes along the lines of "You become like the people you fight".

USA is stuck in a cycle of hate creating hate (just like many other countries have) and wont get out of it for a while. Only when they learn to tell the truth, apologise for what they have done and forgive those who have hurt them will they ever truely be free. Otherwise they are just slaves to the "Goddess of freedom" that they have created for themselves; ironic isn't it?

 

Gotta live here to understand it all. This isn't a country of hate. It's a country of millions of people with different views. Our government owned banking system is the one that hates. I don't want the USA to be in any country of the world except the USA. We have all the resources we need right here in the USA. We (USA) don't need to send troops all over the world to "fix" and help other nations. Stupid nations should self destruct, and then pick up the pieces or give them to someone else smarter. People should be more worried about China and the UK than about this faultering country, the USA. I'm well aware that the secret bankers and corrupt politicians are responsible for destroying the economy on purpose, causing earthquakes/tsunamis, horrific storms here at home to destroy our infrastructure, IE: Farming/Agriculture, Medical Industry/Health/pharmaceutical industry, financial system/loans/scams, and general industry. The only reason this country is still holding together is because there are 370,000,000+ people who are working/employed and are trying to keep this system going. People sure want to scoff at what they think Americans are like and what we think but, usually you are all wrong, 90% of the time.

The fact that most Americans don't seem to be aware of what's going on is because the electricity is still on, powering those televisions, movie theaters, and music stations. If the electricity was turned off, then people would have to start thinking and realize what's been going on and how far it's gone, and that it's too late to turn back.
But, then people still will be consuming water laced with flouride (aluminum) which dulls peoples minds, breathing air that is saturated with aluminum and other chemicals which block out the sun, causing breathing problems, health problems, poor plant growth, food that is genetically altered which when consumed has no nutritional value and changes our DNA. Being radiated with electrical pollution from HAARP and GWEN towers, programed/hypnotized by TV signal broadcasts which are set at refresh rates that lull minds who stare at it, TV & PC games which dull the mind to accept more and more carnage as "pretend".....it just goes on and on.

And our "elected presidents"....hah! Not elected...selected (....since after JFK...last true president....RIP true patriot).

If anything, have pity on the children born with birth defects, inability to learn or concentrate because of the immunizations given to them that have mercury in them right after they are born, plus an extra 40 some injections.

We are surviving on what we have and what we can do. Our freedom is something we'll die for, and one day you'll be seeing many of us die. No muslims will need to fire a shot. No Chinese will need to nuke us. They don't dare to now, or the USG would blow a chunk off earth off the globe, and we'd all pay the price.
No, USA is going to self destruct. But, I have hope that the Republic will survive, government or no government.

There's more of "us" than them, and we still have guns, lots of guns.

US Americas could have ate us up long ago. What saved Canada from invasion and complete immersion from the USA was it's regular-folks people, who weren't inclined, at that time, to take Canada over. Or Mexico.
They took Alaska, when they noticed Russia was too weak to cary it, but they didn't do that to Canadians when they might easily have noticed we couldn't hang onto nationhood either, if the US Americans decided otherwise.

You US Americans did not even have a President nor feel the need for one until your young country found itself without credit nor credibility and near anarchy.
