Does the Do-217 require a special cockpit to fly it?

Also, LaGG-3 ser.66 has no flaps.

I noticed when taking off from the CV in the TA arena that the CV is traveling at 200 kmh? :p Kinda interesting to see a CV going that fast..you can just lift off without engines in the DB3 lol. Tried testing the mines.....kinda difficult.

IMO someone created a wind tunnel with test speed of 200 km/h. :D

boa! back from the dead! :p

Yeah, well, this is just another example to prove that some things never change? Nobody ever came up with data to prove the tempest was """""over-modeled""""". I doubt it was over-modeled. I think it was just more of a thing of whining golds who don't know how to combat an aircraft that England came up with that is better than German/Japanese aircraft. The Tempest was one of the best performing fighters of that day. If it wasn't for the incredible engines failing, we would have heard very little of spitfires, mustangs, or lightnings. Would have been thousands of downed luftwaffe aircraft if that Tempest had a good reliable engine. The Tempest was basically a British version of the P-47, no?

I say change the Tempest back to what it was before, and find out what it would have been like for the Axis to fight good Allied fighters.

P-51D 50% fuel guns only, stall speed power on: no flaps 95 mph, full flap 85 MPH, one notch flap 105 mph. Done intentionally?

Just flew some sorties and I must say WTG love how the planes gain speed in about 2 minutes of level flight. The porked is getting even porkier. I think Fh should wipe the slate clean and start from scratch (2.76 or 2.77) again. make the download simple and easy to find for any new comers. I don't think the dismal numbers FH has right now will continue with this current product October 11, 2011. keep me posted please until then, my guitar is calling me :)

Do you mean the time it takes to accelerate during flight?

I often see the number of viewers in the "Warbirds International" forum in the 25-35 range so, those people are interested but, not interested in flying on WBFH for some reason. Right now it's at 33. Was like 21 when I logged in here.

Yep seems more then just a tad slow. Not sure if this is happening with all planes but I jumped in the f4u1d and it took forever to get up to speed and the P-51D seemed about the same maybe a little better but not by much. SpitIX seemed okay but no one else was on to test in a dogfight as far as turning goes but acceleration in the spit seemed alright compared to the other clunkers.

Yes I noticed this too, perhaps they just want to battle verbally about dogfighting since some are equiped with vulcans for such duels, but I must decline in such warfare. ;-)

I read the forums, though I rarely post any-more and 99.9% I won't be coming back to flying ;)

That, and the general approach to the players' community that you get from developers around here: changing stuff without notice, taking months to answer simple questions, the "do this, this, this and that and if we like we might use it, or go fuck youself" attitude etc.

As for the game itself I see no point in choosing WBFH over IL2FH at this point.
