Hey, I just watched a top notch film called God Bless America [2011] I cannot stand searching for pearls in turds, so I just don't look at Hollywood very much. Here is one worth seeing: God Bless America [2011] Don't prejudge it. I am fucking so glad I do not live there. I wish we had more Canadians because if the Yanks go off their meds we are fucked. Don't be stupid. Hoorah Hoorah Hoorah HOORAH HOORAH
-al--- Thanks. I had to watch in a few sittings, I couldn't take it all at one sit-down movie night. I had to go for a few breaks so I could think.
Now, listen carefully and slowly. Are you perhaps stereotyping? Stereotypes are often (but not always) born of reality.
Be aware, SPOILER: Stereotypes were portrayed in the film, yep. I figure the two protagonists were attacking stereotypes, literally. Hell, they were stereotypes those two. He was impotent, stifled, frustrated furious and then fooled by a moneyman medical doctor, she was labeled ADD... She said her mom was a crack whore in a trailer? Cough Cough Cough. I was really struck at the end of the piece, when the anti-heroes shot a lot of people in a theatre. Watching the film was kind of odd for me, as I am not used to laughing out loud during black comedy.
