    Fucking unreal, completely unreal. This is a natural disaster beyond natural disasters.

    Over 60,000 dead people now. Fucking unbelievable. Mother Earth must've had PMS or something :( :rose:

    Word has it that our boss (a really great chap) was in Phukket with his family. No one has heard from them yet.

    the problem with tsunamis is, that on the open sea, the height of the wave is about 50 cm to some meters and the wavelength can be hundreds of kilometers long. not dangerous to ships! they even don't notice the tsunami wave. it becomes deadly when it hits the shore or shallow sea.
