I have lived in Strpce, the Serbs walked around freely, no ones bothering them, no one lives behind barbed-wire. If anyone causes problems it is Serbs in the north trying to strong-arm the K-Serbs into boycotting the Kosova elections. Belgrade is just trying to keep the problem going for no other reason than hate and spite. Living without electricity for a few days is only a problem for the first couple of days and then people adjust quickly, as does the infrastructure. So frozen food spoils, who cares, canned food last a long time and you have plenty of that. No one starved because the power went out, and no one died of thirst. Considering that DU is far denser that lead, and the weight of a few 30mm rounds equals a lot of weight. API (DU round) 15.0 ounces = 0.9375 pounds. 3900rpm * 0.9375pd (15oz) = 3,656.25pd. 3,656.25pd / 2,000 (1t) = 1.828125pd (just shy of 2t) 3,656.25 / 4,000 (2t) = 0.9140625. Are DU spikes in a AP necessary? Can't AP rounds just be other stuff? And still work? Maybe not as peachy as DU but still be effective?
