Yes, a horrible, terrible attack. The shooter is a racist maniac. IMHO, he is mentally ill and has a shitty family, so he had no *positive, quality,* normal societal, cultural learning from his family. Unfortunately, this is increasingly common. The big problem: How can a kid like this have ideas like this? With a strong family, he would not have these ideas.
