Mission: Defense of F15 Pilots: Redley and Beluci Flight Time: Unknown, maybe Beluci does (chk logs) Claims: I16 and Hurricane killed by Beluci (Redley shared Hurricane) Losses: None Coments: Tryin to get JG54 back on track, we decided to fly even if with only 2 pilots. Siting in tower we saw a trail of red dots on radar otw F15. So we climbed on our 109F2s at F5 and went to battle. Expecting cons at lower alt, we leveled at 3km. Reaching field there was a single low I16, that, after a few passes, was killed by Beluci. We decided then to go NW, in the F20 direction, searching for new cons. When we were just otw, 2 low Hurricanes apeared and were quickly surrounded by golds. One was engaged by most golds, while the other was engaged by me and Beluci. Got a few hits on him on the first pass, but later couldn't get a good firing solution, so Beluci finished it off. Beluci reported low ammo and we landed safe on F15.
Nice to see other fly too. I'll be around next ToD and will fly more. Now being bit too busy. I can join occasional sortie or two though.
