    There are no big NATO groups in Poland except for a couple of Polish quick reaction forces units. I've also got no info about any troop redeployments. Though I think it's possible that some units near our eastern border may be alerted, but I think it's fully understandable thinking of situation in this region?
    BTW I hope the situation in Ukraine will clear without any shots being fired.

    1. In Poland would be hard to find more then 100 NATO (western) troop
    2. Poland is not able to invide Ukraina, cuz Ukraina have more troops then Poland.
    3. We are not stiupid, even if we have chavallery fantasy.

    Possibly your friend saw regular movement of troops to traning facility, or he was really, really drinking too much

    Maybe he drove near Olsztyn-Biskupiec-Szczytno-Olsztynek-Ostroda-Mlawa-Ciechanow. In that place polish army force always drives army trucks. They learn for truck riding right.

    KALI ROZUMIEC, KALI PROBOWAC ODPOWIADAC ;P.

    @low

    Yesterday I was in Chełm (a city 10kms away from Ukrainian border), today i woke up in Chełm, but will go asleep in Lublin (70kms away from Ukrainian border)... only do drive to Chełm again tommorrow morning... I do such commuting every week twice or thrice... from september till june... and one thing I can say you:

    There's no way a brigade or even a tank batallion could travel eastwadrs without being noticed by me or my friends (who happen to do similar travels each week). Reason for that? There're 2 roads linking Lublin with Ukrainian borders... both of them are experiencing so heavy a truck traffic, that even one tank otw east would block the damn roads :D Btw- on my bus back home today there was one sergant... but he wore moustache and was stoned almost to uncounciousness... (which makes me belive that he was of Polish nationality :) )... and he was travelling west and not east :) no more military presence observed :D
