    Это вроде наша, советская еще разработка - сельскохозяйственный самолет, на замену Ан-2. У него в крыльях баки под ДДТ :)

    Henri Coanda had build a jet biplane in 1910 ;)

    his compressor was driven by additional internal-combustion engine :)

    A couple months ago Jimmy Franklins's Waco UPF-7 could be mentioned here, powered by a GE jet of about 4500 pounds (off of a T-38) & a 450hp radial. Over 10,000'/min climb...but that was before the airshow at Moose Jaw....one could argue that any canard plane is a biplane
