    TH is open for tests, although it is not showed at arena list window in FHL, it is accessible by TH IP 64.251.22.174.
    I set infinites F4F4 and A6m3 for tests, other planes is in limited numbers, so, if it is crashed it is gone.

    I have made some test in arena, there are recommendations and comments:
    • increase activity area + 1 square around. It means isntead original square 4,4 - 4,8 - 8,8 - 8,4 change to the 3,3 - 3,9 - 9,9 - 8,3. Original activity area is too small imho (only 80miles across) so finding enemy fleet is quite easy.
    • in relation of point above move CV start areas of both fleets - Japanese to the West and U.S. to the East
    • restrict Japanese fleet to reach destination near of isles (IRL Japanese fleet never reached so close to Midway) from which they can fire against the airfields. Several fleet salvos can close field easily.
    • friendly collision off - "on" will make collisions during take off procedures on CV due to many pilots havent experience with organized take offs and friendly collisions. Same for flying in formations with drones.
    • icons - d3 for friendly, no icons for enemy (except bombers otto)
    • radarrange1 "25000" to "70000" (25000ft is 7,7 Km - ridiculous... IRL CV rdrrange was around 40miles)
    • radaralt "600" to "0" (to avoid non-historical low-uder-rdr raids) ;)
    • reduce number of planes on the Midway - imo too many. Related question - are drones counted into the total available planes count?
    • victory/defeat classification for each side is missing.

    hmmm... IMHO too close to the event for such radical rules changes...
    BUT, IF Admirals came on an agreement about some of this changes, np...
    Besides, AFAIK gold side has its strategies/tactics ready from 2 weeks ago... Unfair to change it now... people has since May 17 to discuss rules...

    about your considerations:

    -+-> Its a real possibility, so, Reds must prevent it... this event it is not a close/real re-creation of Midway Battle, so some playability space was created...

    -+-> Friendly collisions just happens 10-15 seconds before take off, just to prevent troubles in organized take offs... past events proved that setting works fine, due we havent AFAIK take off collies. about drones... must think on it...

    -+-> Low under radar flights was used by Torp bombers... even scorts flew higer than that...IMO np to change it... but Admirals must agree...
    See, Ill not fly this time... franz- is 90% of chances out of this event and I will must to admin arena... but... I really believe that we can find 2-3 WB pilots that can do a effective torp attack... ;)

    -+-> its a test event with this new configuration I would like to see how scenario works with limited number of pilots and great number of planes, in order to see the dynamics of this kind of events...

    -+-> no, drones are extra planes, set to difficult interception of attacking forces...

    POINT TABLE (for global calculation, mean: what side won)
    Close one field 75

    CV sunk 150
    Plane lost -1

    side that made more points, won.

    You mean the japanese characteres?
    That means "Old configuration" and "New configuration"... google translation is amazing sometimes...
    And yes, just close... becouse, if you take one of that fields, the fields immediatly send tanks columns against other field... and ground movements is out of Midway scenario...

    BTW: Lets try it again? Or not? When?
