a while ago a flight leader was not required to fly a sortie any 2 members could fly as a rotte i was just wondering if that has changed
Huh i didnt know that the rules had changed eh. When we started this squadron we decided to keep Flight Leaders because those guys had the responsability to post the mission report. Now ive *heard* that some ppl kept flying but didnt post reports, this way we just kinda lose the control of the squad... This squadron isnt supposed to have lots of sorties played but to try to turn this a bit more real, to give us players more immersion than the MA life and posting reports is a part of it together with having specified flight leaders to form up missions. When i had to take a break a month and half ago things used to be different here but now looks like a complete mess. I was keeping our webpage updated as much as possible while i was still active but im not able to make it actualy but will be able soon again then we gonna have the site up again. But until there illo was trying to keep status updated on a topic here and after he dies the new leader should do it together with FLs. Seems to me that illo died and nobody took over it... martial court to all!!!! Where the hell is illo!? Went to Russia to meet that girl on the pic on the other thread eh?
Hi all, I think we should organize our missions. I fly only 2 - 3 times a week in MA and always I was looking for a member of our squad, I didn`t find one. So I am still alive - because of never flying. This forum is an excellent way to make dates. Is anybody flying tonight??
