Mixer will never find proves for the players, who consider spying is allowed. That's why nobody from spy-users makes promises to stop spying even to get amnesty.

Badboy did what he had done. I don't wanna go into discussion of what admin should to do on his forum. That's his business.
What I have to note are the facts, that Developers (accoring to --bw-- post, you can find it yourself) had asked to wait with final conclusions about "falcon". That's why I have to postpone the final conclusion on "falcon" and it left unpublished in the admins forum. I had been banned on forum after "-mart- spying attempt" and after -mart- complains on "bad mixer" to Developers, not before. But, again, I don't wanna discuss the actions/reasons/etc. of forum admin.

 

Then stop to ban ppl for nothing! If you can't prove spying it mean that ppl are inecent. Presumpsion of guilt it's the basic law! Ok, we even havn't law at all!

What do you trying to say - that Mart's complain was a real reason to ban you? Well, if you want to belive - that is your business. The truth is - you was banned because you failed to report your approach regarding falcon and you fucked up people instead. That is one and alone reason. And - believe me - I will fuck you up at forum next time if you will continue to fuck up people. i guess the russian part of our community has something against mixer, as far as i can see some of you are just plain jealous becouse (maybe?) mixer got some admin rights on arena , yes he got it and NOT you. I`v been kiled many times by spyusers, transpcocpit users and the same.
Why i`m not complain?

1. I have no proofs
2. basicaly, there were ways to fight this shit, i just been to lazy to use it.
3. "fair play" is to uncertain thing. I saw curses 4 ditchkillers, but same time saw "ditching" planes shooting my allies or troops, as example.
