I have photographs (well over 100) of three NACA wartime reports (numbers L-334, L-353 and L-565) available. I think that at least one of the Spitfire reports has been posted before, so let me know which ones I should post in their entirety. In a related note, there is a Memorandum Report entitled, "Preliminary Measurements of Flying Qualities of the Japanese Mitsubishi 00 Pursuit Airplane," but it was not found in the university collection. The collection is missing one volume and lacks several other reports in the volumes it does have.

Sounds highly interesting! Have you checked the NASA Technical Reports Server whether it has this particular report? http://ntrs.nasa.gov/ Their collection is not complete, either, but it's certainly impressive!
