Nice footage of simulated dogfights ... F-14s vs F-16s, F-16s vs F-15s, etc.

That wasn't any good, no good at all. Looks like a collection of random film clips, taken out of context and a script made by some bending over hollywood [deleted] [deleted]. Sorry red-ant, you didn't make that film, it's not your fault.

I like those ones the History Channel has put together called "Dogfights" or something.

Wuut?? Several fighters trying to get a gun solution on the other guy and pulling in excess of 5 Gs ... sure smells like a dogfight to me.

I'd say they were trying hard NOT TO get a gun solution...
C'mon, they were flying straight for like 99% of the clip

dunno mby in RL just turning gently left or right will win you a fight, and you will not get shot with a guy on your six for 10 seconds while you fly straight ahead, I doubt it though

for me it was just boring...

If it's the "Fighter Pilot: Red Flag" or watchamacallit thingy, then it's a Discovery Channel rip that needs to be summarily executed in the streets, for everyone to see. Its about as entertaining as Top Gun, but it's also about as true to the bone as Top Gun.

    :p

The others movies aren't bad though. Might I suggest Patrick's aviation videos for your footage needs. Seems down right now, but it's a good site, with an expansive archive of usually good movies.
