Think it's about how there was a wave of hackings a bit back. The websites hacked would be redecorated with pictures of Ataturk etc.

yea just like Z says, there were few attempts to hack polish government sites by turkish hackers using some lame methods, so polish underground got pissed off and hacked all the sites mentioned in my first post changing their index.php / index.html files with a file having that image (in my first post) attached. Initially they wanted to stop turkish hackers from hacking into polish (and all other) websites. So I guess there'll be a new hack-war around the net involving those two countries. I thought some of you would like to know what's going on, but I guess I was wrong
